You’re a journalist from a Canadian Newspaper during WWII and you’re gonna write about reactions to Canadian policies towards refugees during WWII. The news articles should be concerning Maritime Canadians and Newfoundland Canadians. You’re gonna write a series of three articles about three different events relating to the topic. One should be your “feature article” (approximately 250 to 300 words) and the other two should be shorter articles (approximately 150 to 200 words). All the articles should detail how life is changing or has changed during World War Two and the impact it is having on Maritime Canadians and Newfoundland Canadians. Each article must show both knowledge and understanding of the vents, the conditions and life at the time. The first sentence of each article should hook the reader. Read the uploaded pictures to understand better about what I want you to do. Important note don’t write the article in past tense, it’s like you’re living in the time of WWII.
