The next step is to develop a clear thesis that answers your question. You should clearly state your thesis in your introduction section. Your question and thesis should be the focus of your paper, and this is tremendously important
Supporting Evidence: You are expected to present solid evidence to support your arguments. Organize your evidence in an effective manner so that there is a clear logic addressing your question and thesis. Quality is much more important than quantity. You should only present relevant evidence, use it well, and do not simply stack a ton of information. In addition, it is your responsibility to fact check. Make sure your evidence comes from valid sources rather than rumors or anecdotes. Academic journal articles and books are always good resources and might serve as an inspiration for your own thesis. News articles from reliable media sources and reports are also acceptable, but make sure you do not rely entirely on these non-academic sources. The predominant information in your paper should come from an academic source.
