As an employee, are you automatically an agent of the employer? To what extent, if any, does that agency extend? Thoughts?
How does one know if someone is the authorized agent of another? For instance, if I own a shop and have an employee in training who has specific instructions NOT to sell anything without running it by me first, and they do sell it, was the sell valid? Why or why not? Thoughts?

Our office gets calls all the time, where people are alleging discrimination at work. Unfortunately, much of what they consider to be discrimination is not discrimination under the law.
