Directions: For this assignment, you must select a topic that focuses on the effective use of written communications in the workplace. Some examples: process and

Your paper must be double-spaced throughout in APA format. Please see the APA Information tab in Blackboard, APA 6th Edition, and/or refer to the lectures for more
information. The length of your paper should be at least ten pages double-spaced including a cover page, abstract page, and references section. Your paper must
include a cover page, abstract, introduction, body, conclusion, and reference page with at least seven references. Please note: Quoted material in your paper should
NOT exceed 5 % of your submission. Exercise caution, paraphrase, and avoid plagiarizing.
