The work is located under this course: HRMT20030: Contemporary Issues in Human Resource Management (T2, 2016), click on the course and when it opens the assignment is the following:
HR and the News Part 3 – Presentation to the CEO and board, Weeks 9, 10 and 11
Presentation, weighting 15%, as scheduled
Prepare a 20 minute presentation for the CEO (using the template provided) which draws on your summary (Task 2) and begins to develop the links to the relevant course themes and potential recommendations. It should be a preview of your written report (Task 4) including at least four of the peer-reviewed journal articles that you are using.
News Story 1 will be presented in Week 9
News Story 2 will be presented in Week 10
News Story 3 will be presented in Week 11
On campus students. You will have up to 20 minutes to deliver an in-class presentation in your scheduled week, and up to 10 minutes of questions. You will upload your slides and notes/transcript by the end of that week. 8 marks will be allocated for format and group delivery and 7 marks for peer review of your individual contribution to the group, and lecturer assessment of your contribution to the class discussions. All students are expected to participate in all class presentations.
Distance students. Upload your Powerpoint slides, with associated notes/transcript that would form a 20 minute presentation, in the scheduled week. It is optional to also include a recording. 8 marks will be allocated for format and suitability of transcript as a group presentation, and 7 marks for peer review of your individual contribution to the group, and your participation in the discussion forum.

My group and I, have agreed to work on TPG, we researched and our findings show that the company does not show concern on Gender Equality, which is what most successful companies are known for especially in Australia. In this case we are to promote Gender Equality, so please apply that to this company and also the recommendation of this case should advise the company to pay more attention to this and also give solutions to it.
