In this discussion you fill in the parameters of the attached HUD pro forma tool and observe how the development budget, pro forma, and sources of funds are calculated. After calculating everything change a few parameters and observe how the results change. Attach the Excel file to the discussion board and discuss your experience using the tool. Make sure not to delete any of the formulas.
