In the light of the global economic challenges, discuss how organizations can use their HR strategies (e.g. recruitment and selection, training and development) to ensure survival and growth. In addressing this question illustrate your answer with specific examples as well as relevant literature.

Discuss some of the economic or social challenges directly impacting organizations.
Highlight the role of human resource management in helping organizations to address
their challenges.
Main Body of the essay (70%)

and Development, Reward Management) and explain how HR strategies can

? Use a minimum of 20 references; 70% from academic journal articles
