Stable Free Cash flow

  • Expanding into emerging markets is possible with stable free cash flow. The ability to purchase third party hotels in order to consolidate the market is a way Hyatt plans to capitalize. Hyatt wants to connect to all market segments, therefore more availability in new markets offering low to high level accommodations, Hyatt is looking to continue to grow.

Tourism Industry

  • The initiatives taken by the US government to boost the US tourism is expected to strengthen the growth opportunities than can be leveraged by global travel and tourism companies such as Hyatt. The potential customer growth that will come from the strengthening tourism industry and the government’s strategy to increase tourism in the US is a great opportunity for the Hyatt to increase revenue. Hyatt will take advantage by adding additional locations located in major cities, near airports, and universities that attract tourism through athletics.
  • The firm can grab the opportunity of increasing focus on franchising.
