1) Identification of a minimum of three primary business
challenges/objectives that are not directly related to Human
Resource activities. Examples include: increasing market share,
improving customer service and retention, global expansion, etc.
2) Proposed Human Resource initiatives to address the
challenges/objectives identified in #1. The proposal should include
resources needed (human capital, financial, etc.) for implementation
of the initiatives. *Financial considerations can be an approximation.
