Safety and Health Issues

Organizations are responsible for providing safe and healthy work environments for employees, but government regulations sometimes extend protections to family members, employers, customers, and others who might be affected by the workplace environment. In the United States the regulatory agency managing workplace safety is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
