The paper will be in the appropriate APA writing style and must have a reference/sources page.
More of the paper needs to include your critical analysis of the outcomes and recommendations rather than demographics. The background and setting the context for the change event/initiative you choose to research should be the briefest part of the team paper. Provide sufficient demographics to provide context for the change initiative but do not be carried away with explaining the details of every division of a multinational corporation if you are only dealing with one division or branch office. Also included in the final paper should be appropriate sources that support your opinions, recommendations, and analysis.
