We are all leaders in some capacity, in informal and/or formal positions. We must all lead ourselves effectively if we are going to lead others effectively. The quality of leadership may make or break an organization. Do some research on the topic of improving your leadership skills and then explain what you found interesting and describe specifically what you will do in the next month to enhance your leadership skills. Also, explain the importance of organizational culture and the implications between it and leadership.
