ASSIGNMENT TASK To produce a research portfolio on chocolate wedding cake and favours. TASK GUIDANCE Introduction to wedding cakes. Methods of cake making, fillings and coating, and tempering of chocolate supported with theory. Evidence of product development, evaluation and conclusion making recommendations for improvement. Recipes, methods, baking times and any supporting pictorial evidence should be included as appendices. Should this assignment require you to work as part of a team, you will receive an individual grade based upon your performance as well as personalised feedback.
