INDIVIDUAL DIET REPORT – 200 pts
The purpose of this exercise is two-fold. First, it is to increase your
awareness of what you eat and how it contributes to your health/well-
being. Second, it is to guide you in characterization of your dietary habits
and quantification of your nutrient intake. Your assignment is to record
accurately what, how much, and when you eat for a period of three days
total. You will use an on-line tool, “SuperTracker” available at
SuperTracker Home (ChooseMyPlate. gov).

Each student must upload a Diet Report using the class Assignment

needs to include the following: 1 page of Discussion (Word document, 12-
pt double-spaced text with l”-margins) and 3 Nutrients Reports (1
Nutrients Report for each day) from the SuperTracker on-line tool (three
pdf’s, one pdf for each day). Plagiarism under any circumstances is not
permitted. You may upload your Individual Diet Report anytime before
the due date.
Your Discussion needs to be 1 page, 12-pt double-spaced text with 1”-
