Phase 2: Information Systems Details

In the phase 1 I was writing about Microsoft word and Excel in business world.
(you can ask me, if you have any question. If you want to read the phase 1 that I wrote about let me know)
You just need to write Solution #1 and #2.
Instructions:
In Phase 2, you will describe the solutions in detail.
Points to address in Phase 2:
• Add an eye catching, one-page executive summary.
• Make the report visually appealing. Add screenshots, appropriate images, appropriate headings and styling. Tables are great, lists too. Make it look like a million bucks. This is NOT a boring English report. It is a business proposal to the CEO asking him/her to adopt your recommendations.
• Solutions to problem #1 and #2.
• Conclusion that includes a summary of your recommendations.
• Include problem descriptions from Phase 1.
• Make sure you look at the grading rubric for the written report to satisfy all the required components.
Solutions to Problem #1
• An introductory description of the information system is provided
• What features does the software have?
• How do the solution (features) resolve the problems?
• Match the specific solution to the specific problem (If you say we have problem x, y, and z. I will want to see feature A solves problem X and feature B solves problem Y and feature C solves problem Z).
• Benefits of the features are identified, quantified, or qualified
• How much time will it take to implement the solution?
• How much will it cost?
• Will it require training, or special resources, or special computers, etc.? Explain.
• Screenshots are highly required.
