Please write a 1200 page essay on the Experience in the Arts.
On the essay – tell me all about the experience. This is NOT a research paper on a topic but a report and personal reaction to an experience. So if you watch a Broadway Musical for example, tell of your reaction to the music, what do the lyrics tell of? What things do you see and experience in the musical ? How about the setting, the story, the theater/drama, who did you see this with? What was their reaction? Etc etc. Tell me the entire experience on anything – sights sounds smells and everything.
Do Not just re-tell the story but tell of your experience (the sounds sights etc plus costumes, music, drama, theater, scenes, staging and everything)
A Broadway musical is a good idea if you cannot travel to visit something actually.
If you are going to a museum, art show, etc call ahead and often the staff will give you special material to help you if you tell them you are doing this for a college class.
