The topic is just a few questions you can answer but there is alot more you can add. I need at least 5 different sources and just describe different types of diets(paleo,veganism,vegetarianism) and the pros and cons of each diet also describe how the media portrays a “healthy body” and how it impacts women/men view on themselves and then describe what a medical professional describes as a healthy body .Talk about how there is no ideal diet because everybodys body is different. For example, some people are gluten free because they have to be or they have Celiac Disease but some people just choose to be becuase its a “fad” diet and they just want to fit in.
