For this assignment, it is going to function as a topic proposal. The purpose of a proposal is to literally “propose” the topic you wish to explore for your Research/Stakeholder Project. Your topic or issue should have multiple “stakeholders” or people that have some sort of investment in it. Check out the prompt on ecampus for more specific information on the requirements of the project. You can choose any topic EXCEPTthese ones, mostly because they are “tired topics,” and that some are impossible to talk about objectively (they are essentially at a deadlock):
