Research anaffirmative actioncourt case (a case that has or is going through the judicial system) that is not mentioned inthe textbook. The age of the case does not matter.Once you have located your court case, you will write a case study
that includes the following:
1.Summarize (in your own words) the history and outcome of your chosen court case.
2.What are the issues surrounding affirmative action in this case? Is a part of the law being challenged?
3.Do you agree or disagree with the specific findings of the case?
4.Now that you have explained the case, please provide your own opinion regarding affirmative action. In your response, please includethe following
Describe the positives and negatives
How successful has affirmative action been in correcting inequalities?
Should affirmative action be continued forever or discontinued at some point?
