Japanese presentation
Please select a topic related to Japanese anime or manga that you are interested in. This is an open-ended project. You may work on hands-on projects or research projects, as long as it:
is anime/manga related,
is appropriate to share in a college classroom;
primarily contains new information or perspectives for classmates who studied the same course materials.
is not simple summary of facts that can be easily found on the internet
is conducive to writing an academic style abstract/introduction.
In general, introduction of anime directors or specific anime works will at most earn a B. It is because they typically do not meet the #3 through #5. The project requires that you process the information beyond regurgitation of facts.
You will be creating a form of presentation to teach your classmates the content of your project. Please add three reasonable quiz questions to test your classmates’ understanding of your subject. You will also be writing an academic style abstract on your work in addition.
Please note: the project presentation must be in a format anybody can easily view without downloading heavy files. My preference is that you use DropBox, Google Doc’s presentation app or upload a video on YouTube or Vimeo. Some may opt to create a quick website. There are a lot of free websites that are easy to use. You can also use any of these free digital storytelling websites.

You must also include a minimum of three meaningful questions to test your classmates whether they understand your content or not, followed by correct answers. Please be sure to set your file’s permission status correctly (visible to everybody with a link).
