Down the left side of the page under the Financials you will find the income statements and the balance sheet. Looking at
the last three years, tell me, in 1 page or less, how JCP is doing financially speaking. Remember that growth, profit, and
leverage are most important from a strategy standpoint. What are some of the trends you see? Remember that the annual
results are most important; don’t concern yourself with quarterly results. Point out the good and the bad numbers using $’s
and/or %’s. It should be from a managerial perspective rather than an accountant’s perspective. Also, comment on the JCP’s
stock performance over the last three years.
