Journal Article Critiques: Each student will submit two journal article critiques. Thearticles must be those in which you can relate something to leadership. Your narrativeshould include the following sections:1) State what you learned from the article and/or your reaction to the article2) Directly relate as many aspects of the article to leadership as you can, by being as
specific as you can and3) Relate the article to leadership theories (if no leadership theories were directlymentioned, take your best guess as to what leadership theories could/should havebeen used.Please include all appropriate bibliographic references in APA format. There will beat least one as you will need a reference section. Please number sections 1, 2, and 3.

SUMMARY (not to exceed 50% of review):
Look for the what, where, who, when, how and particularly the why of the article.
CRITICAL ANALYSIS:
What were the strong points of the Journal Article? Timely, relevant, important, applicable?
Make sure to include the type of methodology used. Did the author’s conclusions appear to be supported by the data? Recommendations for future research? Weaknesses in data collection or analysis? Was method chosen appropriate? What would you have done differently?
PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS/IMPLICATIONS:
Answer the “So what?” question.
