What are your stress triggers (i.e. external events or circumstances that may produce symptoms or feelings that are very uncomfortable or distressing)? Think back to difficult times you have had in the past and identify where your stress triggers may have come from. What can you do to minimize the experience of stress in your life? Develop a plan to cope with these stress triggers in the future.
