400 words In this journal WATCH “Escape from Auschwitz” and then reflect on how you would have convinced people in Hungary to believe that Auschwitz is real. Also, reflect on the loss of humanity that happened at the camps, both for the gaurds and for the prisoners. It is impossible to know how we would respond to such actions, but try and think of how you would try and hang on to your humanity if you were in the campus. What would be lost for you in the camps?
For the second part, look at one of the “Special Focus” online exhibits from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Learn as much as you like about the topic, but you need to give a decent overview of the special focus that you choose.
