LAW – ADR PRACTICAL REPORT

Order Description
Practical Exercise Report
In 500-750 words:
1. Evaluate the outcome of the negotiation, from the perspective of your Party.
2. Identify the principal factors responsible for the outcome.
3. Assess your own contribution to the process.
Your report must include a clear, concise description of the objectives set for your Party at the outset of the exercise.
Your evaluation and analysis should explicitly incorporate the concepts identified and discussed in the required readings (with appropriate citation), wherever these are relevant.
Reports under 500 words or over 1,250 words will not be accept

Reading list
Required reading:

Tanya Sourdin, Alternative Dispute Resolution, 4th ed., Thomson Reuters

Chapters 8-10 and 14-15 are not required reading for the course, nor are Annexes A-D and G.

Students should complete the required reading before starting the course.
