Order Description
Assignment: Describe a leader who exhibits the characteristics of a change leader (one who initiates a change process), change agent (one who causes the change to begin), change manager (the person who has the day-to-day responsibilities of implanting and overseeing the change effort) or change model (the person who exemplifies the change effort) and how these roles interact within your organization, or an organization you have studied. Note: One person may have more than one of these roles.
