LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN INSTRUCTIONS

Working with a group, you will present one collaborative plan incorporating a new leadership theory (developed by the group) for effective leadership and management within a sport organization. The group can pick any organization in which they choose to implement their new leadership theory.

The groups will complete a 25–30 PowerPoint slide presentation with at least 15 distinct references using APA format. By Module/Week 1, the instructor will divide the class into groups (4 students per group). Each group will be responsible for developing the PowerPoint presentation due Module/Week 7.

Each group member will be required to evaluate the other group members. Grades will be based on the project as a whole, as well as based on the evaluations received by other group members in regards to their cooperation and involvement within the project.

The Leadership Development Plan is due by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of Module/Week 7.
