leadership position

leadership position
Personal Leadership Project, Part 1.

For this assignment, you will be required to conduct two interviews with two different individuals who hold leadership positions (broadly defined). These should be individuals that you know personally, or would like to know. You will then write an essay that addresses why (or why not) each person seems to be an effective leader, responding to the following questions (these questions should form the three sections of the essay):

Section 1- what characteristics (e.g., values; personality traits; cognitions, intelligence, emotions, perceptions and expectations, situations etc.) does the leader have?

Section2- what behaviors does the leader exhibit?

Section3- Does his or her leadership approach seem to work well in actual business settings? Regardless of “yes” or “no,” explain his or her leadership effectiveness in relation to specific workplaces outcomes you’ve learned in prior MGMT-relevant courses (e.g., justice, trust, motivation, job satisfaction, task performance, counterproductive behaviors, organizational commitment, stress, citizenship behavior, organization power for example reward, coercive and legitimate power etc.). Be critical if needed,( please use theses ten concepts and bold them) praiseworthy if deserved!

Also, when writing the essay, I recommend using a header for each section (“Section 1,” “Section 2,”etc.). This will make it much easier to see whether or not you have the correct structure in place. Also, please either underline or bold the class concepts in order to make sure you have the correct number.

Also, you don’t need to include a reference list at the end of the paper. If you’re quoting either an article or another source, however, you must put the quoted phrases in quotation marks. But again, using citations and quotes is not a required part of this assignment. Finally, you can give the paper any title you’d like.
