To start this paper off: you’re writing about the courts analysis-how did the court deal with my “Does Yaz carry any greater risk for blood clots, than other birth control pills?” . After that analysis is written, there has to be 3 separate court cases discussed. The first case should compare & contrast an Abortion legal case. The second case should compare & contrast an Adoption legal case, & the final case should compare & contrast a Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) case. Give a summary about each court case-please compare & contrast, give an analysis, how did the court address/handle my topic? In conclusion paragraph: how do you feel about the courts decision (do you feel the court handled it right, or do you disagree)? The way my professor wants this paper formatted: see paper instructions via attachment. This research paper assignment will consist of Federal, State Regulations, and Case Law. What federal & state regulations pertain to my topic? When were they developed, and what, if any funding issues are involved in the regulations relating to my topic? What legal cases are important to my topic? What type of cases have impacted the laws relating to my topic, and how many cases are there involving my topic? In other words, how extensive a problem is the issue?
Paper format: All sources on the reference page should be credible. APA formatting is required. This paper should be typed, times new roman, font 12, double spaced. Content of the paper will be assessed for such things as the depth of the research, appropriateness of information relating to the topic, ability to organize and discuss the information discovered. Paper should include a bibliography to include all sources cited. There is a five page minimum. Every time a particular case mentioned in the paper-you must cite the case.
