They need to form an opinion on whether the judge came to the right conclusion based upon those theories my
argument is that he did not

A. Analyze the Garrison decisions using:
1. Sunstein and Burton principles.
Required books for analysis:
(Burton, An Introduction to Law and Legal Reasoning, (Boston: Little Brown and Company, (Latest Edition);
(Sunstein, Legal Reasoning and Political Conflcit, (New York: Oxford University Press, (Latest Edition).
2. Puzzle methodology that we have learned in class and elsewhere. (I will provide some information about this)
B. Answer the questions (in addition to your analysis).
1. Did the judge in the Garrison case come to a correct conclusion?
2. Regardless of your assertion in answer to question 1B, reason to the opposite conclusion.
