Legalization of Cannabis in The USA
The Course I am enrolled in is called International Bussiness law and its Goal is to introduce the basic principles of law, legal systems and some comparative law in order to prepare the students to meet the demands of a global management career.
THE PROJECT: research the laws and regulations implemented in the United States in 2016 after the election in regards to Legalisation of Canniabis by state. What are the laws on Cannabis in each state currently? what is the goverment doing or how is it reacting? is the country legally putting itself at risk? any consequences? what is the country facing now that these rules have been implemented? whats happening basically in the US in terms of legalization of cannabis? ALL THE TEACHER WANTS TO KNOW IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE US NOW THAT CANNABIS HAS BEEN LEGALIZED BUT OFCOURSE IT HAS TO BE LINKED TO LAW. SO IS THE COUNTRY BREACHING ANY TREATIES?….
