Legalization of Cannabis in The USA
The Course I am enrolled in is called International Bussiness law and its Goal is to introduce the basic principles of law, legal systems and some comparative law in
order to prepare the students to meet the demands of a global management career.
THE PROJECT: research the laws and regulations implemented in the United States in regards to Legalisation of Canniabis by state. What are the laws on Cannabis in each
state currently? what future laws are going into affect on legalization of Cannibas? what is the goverment doing in regards to Cannibas?…. explain the law of
possesion in each state, the law of cultivation,Law of consumption, and the consequences of breaking these laws.
I NEED YOU TO GO INTO DETAIL: what is the law? when it was established? by who? and what are the consequences in breaking that law? why was it established? and how was
it established?… Make sure to talk about: what?when?who?where?why? how?
AND REMEMBER ITS BY STATE.
