Persuasion is an important element of all forms of writing. Persuasion is especially important as it pertains to Technical Writing.

oCarefully read Chapters one through three in the text. Also, read Chapter 15, paying particular attention to how to write memos. After you have finished reading, complete the assignment that appears at the end of Chapter Three.
