1) Did you read an interesting article on the web, or perhaps saw a captivating video on Youtube? Did you make an awesome new sales related meme and tweeted it for the world to know, raising reactions? Take a screenshot and report why you found this particular media piece to be interesting and relevant to the course.

This assignemnt is 3-5 page report. And topic is about Customer Engagement. I will attach lecture pdf file.

2) Your task is to make an analysis by applying a course topic/topics to a real company:

choose a company and a course related topic you are interested in.

do the analysis: in what way does your chosen topic show in the company?

present your analysis as a maximum 10 page PowerPoint presentation.

An example case study could be from the area of bioeconomy (e.g. renewable materials / circular economy, renewable energy, wood construction, furniture, organic and biomaterials, life science, modern cellulose solutions or traditional forest business) and some course topic (e.g. value based selling). In this case questions to be answered could be:

How has the business model of the case company changed, since introducing value based selling and what is their real value offering?

What are the key value-based selling practices for the case company?

How does the value based selling impact the customer’s business?

How do the case company’s practices match the value based selling theory presented in the course?

Grading:

The evaluation of the quality of the case is based on four equally weighted parts:

How analytical (numbers) the presentation is

How reflective (deep thinking) the presentation is

How professional it looks

How actionable (detailed and practical) it is
