I had a look at your task 1, which is to do a term of refence using the prince 2 templates and task2(a), which is a Gantt chart using Microsoft project. I do not think
you have read the assignment at all. For task 1, you have written an essay and I don’t know how you came across to do so ??????, Gantt chart in Excel? It is no point
that I go through the rest because you need to understand the assignment and its requirements first. Please read the assignment carefully and do task 1 and task 2 (a)
again and send it to me for a feedback. You do not get any mark if you don’t do per the assignment questions.
I have gone through the latest work for task 1 but some of the tables are not completed and this has to be PRINCE2 TERMS OF REFERENCE.I am really confused myself now
And also in the Gantt chart tasks should be named(not just task 1 task 2 ,, relevant names), assumptions can be made, lead and lag times should be shown, milestones
should be indicated
Gantt Chart using Excel is not accepted by the tutor. It has to be done using Microsoft Project software only
