I have to do some research about the new building arena (Detroit Event Center) that is currently under construction.
Specifically, my research is about the management model, including following three areas. Once it opens a.How will the
facility be managed? b.Will a public entity, university or private sports team manage revenues and expenses? c.Will a third
party operator (SMG, Spectra, Venuworks, AEG) be contracted?
