Review the article by John Baldoni, “How Leaders Should Think Critically?” Read the article and answer the following questions:
1. Why has critical thinking declined amongst business leaders?
2. What skills are being emphasized over critical thinking?
3. When you question assumptions, why is critical thinking important?
4.
What is managing ambiguity?
5. What do you need to do, in order to think critically as a leader?
6. Would you view critical thinking as a means of leadership effectiveness?
7. Critically think, what set of variables determine if a leader is effective or not?
