Micro-Econ project

Write your paper on one of the topics listed below.  The paper must be typed and double spaced.  The text of the paper must be at least 3 pages long but no more than 4 pages long.  The title page and bibliography do not count as part of the 3 to 4 pages.  Make sure that you number the pages.

You must use headings within your paper to separate main points.  The paper must include one paragraph of introduction and one paragraph of conclusion.  In your conclusion, you must summarize the main points of your paper.

Your sources must include at least one book, at least two published periodicals and at least one other internet source.  For internet sources you need to specify what person or organization is responsible for publishing the source on the internet.  Each source must be quoted/cited in the body of our essay with a parenthetical reference e.g. (MILLER et al, p100) the bibliography should then contain the corresponding entry e.g. MILLER, Economics: Principles, problems, and policies (19 ed.). Boston: McGraw-Hill Irwin.  When you use material from a source you must make clear where the material comes from, including page number.

Your paper must have acceptable grammar and spelling.  If the presentation of your paper is unacceptable it will be returned to you and you must resubmit it in acceptable form.

In addition to the typed  paper to be handed to me for grading, you will have to make a brief presentation of about 10-15 minutes (including a Q&A session).
