PURPOSE: This activity is designed to help students connect their signature strengths to practical applications at school and in the workplace and analyze how their strengths will help their professional development.
You must complete the Strengths Quest Assessment before beginning this assignment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Part 1:
For each of your strengths, explain in two or three sentences how it will help you achieve success at school, and in the workplace. For each strength, explain your reasoning. Use the attached assignment guide for assistance. This part of your assignment is worth 15 points, 3 per strength described.
Part II:
Research Forbes.com or another reliable source to find five common questions asked during an interview. Write out each question and how you would respond to it if asked. Each response should reference one of your strengths and should be thoughtful and grammatically correct. Remember, this is what you would say to a potential employer. This part of your assignment is worth 25 points, 5 per question.
Label each part of your assignment clearly, and make sure to include your name, the date, and time spent on the assignment at the top of your submission. Submit your work using the instructions below.
