In this paper, I want to talk about international monetary systems. As we all know, monetary policy is the process by which the monetary authority of a country controls the supply of money, often targeting an inflation rate or interest rate to ensure price stability and general trust in the currency. I focus on China’s monetary policy, how china reforms its monetary policies to maintain macroeconomics stability. Then, I want to illustrate China’s characteristics in the momentary policy and critique the monetary policy in China. finally, i want to compare china’s monetary system with other countries like America.
