What should you write about?
The purpose of the Reading Response is to provide you with an opportunity to explore what you think, and why you think what you do about the topics we’re discussing in class. You might consider the following to help you formulate your thinking:
What do you think about the writer’s argument?
Do you agree or disagree with the position? Why or why not?
How are the assigned readings connected (Reading Response and REPP)?
Are the writers leaving out or covering the major points of the issue(s) or topic(s) being presented?
Evaluate the writer’s essay—what do you think of the writer’s:
