The Energy Balance Report

Also, complete the summary questions about your diet analysis

Remember, all answers must be typed and in complete sentences to receive full credit.

e. What changes can you make in your diet to more closely meet caloric recommendations?

f.Look at your All Nutrients Spreadsheet Report. What 3 foods that you consumed contained the highest number of calories? How many calories are in each food?

g.Use the Body Mass Index chart located on p. 373 of your textbook to identify your weight category. What is your weight category (underweight, healthy weight,

overweight, or obese?)

h.If your BMI category answer is overweight or obese, explain 2 strategies to lose the weight healthfully.
