8-10 page position paper (double spaced), MLA format, on the ethics of the NCAA handing out punishments for violating NCAA rules and regulations. The position I am taking is that entire programs and universities as a whole should never be punished but only the individuals who are involved should be. It needs 20 sources and I currently have 10 of them.
