Need a Climate Change White Paper

Select a community, city, or county with which you are familiar (it should not be one that already has a significant written climate change adaptation plan such as Boston or Miami). Prepare an approximately 2,000-word climate change adaptation white paper (APA – Not to include your 8-9 references) for your selected community, city, or county that addresses, at a minimum:

• Potential risks associated with climate change that could impact the area
• Vulnerable locations and populations
• Current hazard mitigation activities that may be relevant
• Options for climate change adaptation for the area (and any climate change mitigation measures you want to include)

Make use of appropriate research and government agency references.
