and review minutes and time log for the project. I’ve attached the outline for
all these phases. This is a Software Engineering course so the expert should
know about the phases of the software development and do the assignment
accordingly. All the plan will be based on the project explained below. If any

Traffic Lights Simulation
Assume that the streets of Houston downtown form a 10×10 grid. Each street
only allows one-way traffic. At each intersection, there is one traffic light.
If all traffics are totally random, i.e., the time at which a car appears in
the grid, its staring intersection, and its destination intersection all have
uniform probabilities, write a computer program to simulate the traffic on a
2D plane under different traffic light control schemes.
