Scenario: The New Print Device – You are working at the help desk of your company. The vice president of development, Scarlett, has just installed a new all-in-one color printer. Her old printer was a simpler inkjet model that used a standard device driver. The new one came with device drivers on a CD that interact with other programs to do things such as scanning, faxing, copying, and touching up photos. The installation seemed to work fine, and the system reported OK. She printed a test page, and it worked as well.
