This assignment requires that you identify a lifting task which is performed at a frequency or weight for which there may be a potential hazard. 1.Collect all measurements necessary to analyze the task using the NIOSH lifting equation, including measurements at the origin and the destination. 2.Evaluate the task using the methodology described in the NIOSH lifting equation. 3.Identify one or more factors that may be modified to reduce the potential hazard. 4.Re-evaluate the task with the modified measurements until the task falls into an acceptable risk. Table of Contents and abstract are not required. Title page, body of report and references are required. Be sure to put your measurements in appropriate Table format. The body of your paper should be at least 3 pages long. This should include an introduction, a description of the task or situation you are studying, a table of the measurements collected, a narrative of the evaluation of the results, a description of proposed modifications, and a summary of the project
