REQUIREMENTS (take note highlighted in RED)

• Read the case carefully and prepare your report making sure you address the following questions:

o    What is the case about?

o    What are the major issues involved? (Major issues I have identify at from the case study: 1.Individual Differences, 2. Emotions & Stress, 3.Influences)

o    How, and on what grounds, according to the Organisational Behaviour theories you have studied, can the major issues (1.Individual Differences, 2. Emotions & Stress, 3.Influences) identified be addressed?

o    Using Organisational Behaviour theories, write on how Individual Differences, Emotions, Stress and how it Influence the behaviours of the employees in this organization (Case Study 2)

o    In writing the report, you should present your findings with details and references to Organisational Behaviour theory and concepts. Therefore, you need to research thoroughly the issues you think are relevant to the case.

• You should use a professional standard of English, free from grammatical and spelling errors.
• You should word process your written report with left alignment using the font Times New Roman, and size 12 with 1½ line spacing.
