Organisational Design & Analysis
STUDENT WORKBOOK

This is a very special assignment for you. I explain due to family problem , I could not attend the majority of classes of this module , leading to failure of the
module. However , I can always put me in a postion to allow myself to succeed to pass during the period of catching up thanks to your help .

The following instructions will help you to complete my work :

Students will be required to complete short weekly set exercises within the student workbook as part of a reflective log. The workbook exercises are designed so as to
demonstrate a reflective and progressive approach to the required learning within the module. During the module students will be encouraged to draw and reflect upon
their own learning and that of their peers through discussions based on the student workbook exercises. The workbook will provide students with an opportunity to
demonstrate the development of their required learning and competences within the module in a holistic manner through attending the lectures, undertaking independent
reading as advised by the tutor, reflecting upon their own work and life based experiences and learning through the discussions and experiences of their peers. The
design of the student workbook exercises also facilitates the provision of regular formative feedback and tutor support.

Students will be required to complete the weekly exercises in the student workbook within the seminar sessions through active engagement in small group discussion
exercises with their peers and the tutor. Regular weekly seminar class attendance is therefore vital for the completion of the student workbook exercises as students
will not be able to complete all the required exercises if they miss the seminar classes given that the workbook exercises require students to reflect upon the various
class group based discussions with their peers and the tutor. In the event of exceptional unavoidable class absence (e.g. caused by illness, etc.) students should
notify the seminar tutor of this asap so that the tutor may be able to suggest alternative arrangements for the completion of the missed workbook exercises relating to
a particular seminar class. Some of the workbook exercises will require students to have undertaken advance preparation before attending a particular seminar session –
the tutor will advise students when such advance preparation is needed.

The learning generated through the student workbook will also help students to prepare for the other assessed component within the module (i.e. individual essay).

Assessment Criteria for the Student Workbook:

• Demonstration of analytical, reflective and critical thinking skills.
• Exercises attempted in reasonable depth with evidence provided where appropriate to support observations and arguments made.
• Evidence shown of a progressive approach throughout the semester to the development of the required learning and necessary competencies within the module.
• Workbook exercises completed in a timely manner within the relevant weekly seminar sessions.
• Writing standard (i.e. extent of legibility, clarity, accuracy, etc.).
• Overall standard of presentation of materials in the workbook.
