The content is on managing millennials as if you are the manager. The approach is as a manager.

Discuss your strength s and how each generational group (Builders, Boomers, X, Millennials and 0 generations would be managed.
Use theory from Northouse (2016) (again I will provide PDF below, please make sure use it as the main source)to include in your paper.
At least 5 references are needed. Use journal articles. Note that: Newspaper articles, Wikipedia, Encyclopedias, Blogs are not acceptable.
Appropriate APA subheadings are used- Level 1 and Level 11. Citations will include a brief introduction to the quote such as: Northouse (2016) states, “Participative leadership consists of having followers to share in the decision making” (p. 118).
